Biography

Bajram Begaj (born March 20, 1967) is a retired military officer and politician who has served as the sixth and current President of Albania since July 24, 2022.

Political Career

Following the collapse of the communist regime in 1991, Albania has had a series of presidents, including Bajram Begaj. As President, Begaj has held meetings with international delegations and engaged in diplomatic activities.
